Hotel New York has seven function rooms that can be used for business and private functions. These separate rooms are the perfect place for a range of occasions including receptions, lectures, workshops, meetings, dinners, parties, lunches, presentations and afternoon teas. Each function room has different dimensions and a unique ambience. The capacity of the function rooms depends on the purpose for which they will be used.
Two of the seven function rooms are truly exceptional: Hotel New York has two former Holland America Line boardrooms that are a gorgeous venue for a dinner or meeting for smaller groups.

Weddings in Hotel New York
You can now say a resounding ‘I do’ to each other at the historic location where emigrants used to set out to begin their new lives in foreign lands! Hotel New York’s Balszaal (named after the film legend Hubert Bals) and Boardroom 1.04 provide a spectacular and unique setting for the happiest day of your life.
You can embark on the rest of your life together at this romantic location with its stunning views across the water. The Balszaal and Boardroom 1.04 will be transformed into a wedding room and provide seating for a maximum of 80 guests. Marriages are performed by a registrar and can be carried out in Hotel New York from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
