Bevrijdingspop is an event for young and old, where various cultural performances can be visited free of charge. In 2011 Bevrijdingspop Foundation organizes the festival for the 31st time. This is the oldest Bevrijdingspop Event Liberation of the Netherlands. Click here for more information.

24 may Shop & Swing Festival in Zaandam
A range of activities along the banks of the Zaan. A ribbon of nostalgic tugs and steamers provided a relaxing atmosphere. These boats were already there on Saturday and the SRR Partytime organization has ensured that all boats were lit. A beautiful sight along the beautiful Bay Zaan. Click here for more information.

Since the 70s, all performances in the Vondelpark Open Air free and remain so! Three days a week, from Friday to Sunday, there is an extensive, varied program.

21 – 28 juni ITs Festival Amsterdam
Surprised by new stage talent! The theaters in the city of Amsterdam back in the sign of the International Theatre School Festival Amsterdam. Graduating young performing artists from home and abroad present themselves to a wide audience of theater lovers, casting agencies, programmers and press. The ITs Festival Amsterdam has for 23 years the springboard to the professional theater and dance for young talent. If you're curious, the new Carice van Houten and Wende Snijders should not miss. 16 and 17 June. Open tuinen dagen
17 untill the 19th of June. Open garden days.

1 - 14 july Julidans 
July Dance is a renowned international festival for contemporary dance and this year is July 1 to 14 instead. This 21th edition has been compiled by a team of new artistic dance in July and it promises to be a special festival. Click here for more information.

Of 5 t / m 8 July 2012 is the Amsterdam Roots Festival. The festival presents music from all over on four days with a broad cultural orientation at five locations in Amsterdam. The Uitmarkt is the national opening of the cultural season. It inspires, entertains and surprises. Annually attracts up to 500,000 Uitmarkt visitors from the Netherlands. 27 - 28  augustus Havenfestival

De dam tot damloop is years one of the biggest runevents of the Netherlands and even the biggest company run of the world. More than hundred thousand people are creating a amazing atmosphere. Sunday, October 21 20 112 is the 37th edition of the TCS Amsterdam Marathon will take place. The RAI in Amsterdam is a event organization and also a big eventcomplex. The RAI is located in Amsterda South. The RAI is organizing more than 1000 events in a year. The most famouns events in the RAI are: Auto RAI, Horecava, Jumping Amsterdam, Miljonair fair and the IBC congres.
